I have been wanting to make my family something Russian since I got home and today I took charge and made dinner for them. It only took four hours to make pelmeni all by myself (much faster with five people)! It's alright though, it was fun to make it and give my family a taste of classic Russian cuisine. They said they like it - I hope they were telling the truth - but I can't see myself making it again anytime soon. It was fun while it lasted :)
