The icicles here are pretty dang intense. There's a man in my ward who works for the US Consulate and he told us that there have been 11 people hospitalized this month because of the icicles and three people killed last year!! I actually had an elderly man the other day kind of nudge me to the edge of the sidewalk and point up at the icicles so that I would understand that he was trying to protect me from the icicles - how nice.
