Although I was stuck in Frankfurt for two days, I was able to get out a little bit on the second day when I went to the hotel the airline paid for me. It was nice to get out since I had been completely distressed for a while considering I had no hope of getting out of Germany anytime soon. I met a few people in line at the airport and when I had gone to the hotel, they were there and we decided to meet up and just look around the town. We only walked around for an hour but it was still nice to go do something besides sit in my room doing nothing, hoping to get on a flight the next day. Where we walked to was all lit up for Christmas. I have no idea where it was but it was fun to get some Christmas spirit!
