For some reason, there is always something entertaining that comes up when I go work out with Kelsey. We spend much much more time laughing than actually working out. So we stumbled across a poster in the Hart that was all about first aid and how to take care of people in medical emergencies. These pictures on how to identify a stroke made us particularly hysterical! Yes, they are good to know and true but don't you think the guy posing has got to feel pretty stupid??
