Occasionally it rains in Rexburg and it is such a funny thing to me. You see, since I am from the rainy part of Washington, rain doesn't bother me but there are tons of people here that kind of freak out a little when it starts to rain. I walk to class in a hoody but there are countless people walking around in boots that have magically appeared. I don't know where they got them because if they aren't used to the rain, why would they have boots? There are also a ton of umbrellas that I just make fun of because they are so awkward in huge crowds. The nice thing about rain in Rexburg though is that since it's so windy, it dries up really fast. You can go into class with a downpour in full force and come out with it dry because of the wind.
