Every Sunday, one of my roommates makes dinner for the rest of the apartment. I decided to take my turn and wanted to make the Russian soup, borsch. I was a little nervous because I had never actually made it before but it ended up turning out pretty successful and everyone ate it right up. I think this may be a recipe I will make forever because it's pretty easy and very good and filling with all of the vegetables in it.
