4/20 - Oh Work :)

I do early morning custodial for the school from 4-7 in the morning. Now I know that sounds like the most awful job ever but I actually really enjoy it! Everyone that works there is very humble and generally hilarious especially considering the majority of us are sleep deprived. You get to make awesome friends because you are with each other for three hours everyday doing something that no one really wants to do trying to stay awake. You come out with the best stories like wrestling in the hallways or ping-pong in the computer labs.

To be perfectly honest, you really don't need the whole 3 hours to do your job (you could get it done in 2 easy) so you have to stretch it out sometimes to take the whole time. Today, we were done like 30 minutes early and just had to mop the floor of the bathroom. I told Ivan, he's on my team, that he needed to make it last about 20 minutes. He's pretty quiet but I think secretly finds me entertaining so he took on the challenge. He managed to make it last 10 minutes mopping this tiny floor! He even re-wet the mop three times just to take more time! I told him that was impressive and he was flattered :) I think work will be grand this semester!
