I got a call from Matthew on Monday morning starting with him cracking up. I asked what was up and he said he saw a sign I would appreciate - the one above. The thing is though that the first time he saw it, he only saw the top half and thought it was so funny that the city would need a reminder. We later went grocery shopping and I managed to snag a picture :)
