It seems like I have been sick an excessive amount this winter and here we go again. On Thursday, I began to feel really tired and fatigued but went to work then made it home around 8:30 admitting that I was sick. I fell asleep early with a heating pad and hot rice pack bundled up only to wake up at 3 AM to a fever of 101.4. Great. I finally have a Friday off and I am sick. I took some medicine and it went down for about 30 minutes but it was still the middle of the night so I just went to sleep again. I woke up at 10:30 still with a fever and called my mom up who said not to take any medicine but go to the urgent clinic. I was too weak to drive so I had Matthew take me. They told me I looked awful and prescribed me a flu medicine and vicodin. I wasn't throwing up but was in a lot of pain with serious fatigue. After two pharmacies, we made it home and I fell right to sleep from exhaustion. It wasn't until around 6:30 PM that my fever went away but eventually it did. Thank goodness. I called in to work on Saturday (doctor's orders) and am feeling better now. Not perfect but much better. See all of those medicines on that table, I was taking ALL of those at one point. That's six (one is a little box under the prescriptions)!!
3/25 - Sick... Again
