How did I spend my last day in 2010? Closing out my accounts at Wells Fargo!! What a glorious event! For those of you that don't know, while I was in Russia, I had so many banking problems with this company. They started charging me monthly payments while I was there without notifying me or anything, they charge $5 every time you use an ATM, and they froze my accounts many, many times including while I was stranded in Germany. I don't mind them being cautious with my money but it was overkill when I'm stranded in a foreign country when they knew I was abroad. I finally cancelled my accounts and am now with Columbia Credit Union and thrilled!!! They are such a great bank and I am sure we will form a great relationship :)
